Hope Centre Ministries Spiritual Care for people living with disabilities. HCM provides spiritual care for individuals with disabilities.

We offer supports for individuals through a variety of programs, we facilitate a parent support network, and offer support and resources to faith communities who want to better include individuals with disabilities within their circle.

During Mid-Week Meets, friends created these birds by piecing together fabric collages. Each bird is unique, reflecting the creativity and care of its maker. Everyone possesses unique gifts and should be empowered to express them. Like birds taking flight, gifts soar when given space to emerge and be celebrated in community.
