NEW BUSINESS NAME ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

Same business, just a new name and logo ☺️

This has been on my mind for quite some time, as I found that using my own name was too long. I wanted something that reflected my core values as an Athletic Therapist working alongside you and your rehabilitation journey. 💪🏼

AMP, or Active Movement & Performance, is exactly it. I strongly believe movement is medicine, and the power of active movement is what will get you back to performing at your best.

Regardless of your fitness levels, your age, who you are. Moving your body in any way will get you feeling better, I promise.

I am excited to steer my Athletic Therapy Practice in this direction. I cannot wait to help you get back to doing what you love most!

Here is a pricing update for my services offered.

Earlier this year the MATA has reached out with a new suggested service rates for Athletic Therapists to better reflect our time and effort that goes into each individual session with you.

As a business owner, I am passionate about what I do and I want to give you my very best each time you see me. I also have to make a living wage, and staying within the suggested rates allows me to continue providing care for not only you, but for myself and my family as well ☺️

Surpriiiiiise 🤩

A long-term goal of mine to establish a spot inside of the University to better serve not only the community of St-Boniface, but all of the local Francophones as well.

Having my practice at this location did not come without the help of those here before me who hoped that one day it would be a reality.

I can’t thank Certified Athletic Therapist Pam Ryczko enough for giving me the utmost confidence in pursuing this goal, and answering any questions I had along the way. Women empowering other women, in a field mostly dominated by men. 👯🏻‍♀️💪🏻

Exciting news! 🎉

You thought I wouldn’t come back to the clinical setting after birth? Well, it took some time, thoughtful planning and better terms but the opportunity was worth the wait.

More details will follow shortly in the next few weeks, but I am so excited to be able to open my practice up again to better serve you and your injuries.

Vous pensiez que je n’allais pas revenir à la pratique clinique après mon accouchement? Eh bien, ça pris un peu de temps, beaucoup de réflexion, ainsi que de meilleures conditions… mais l’opportunité en valait la peine!

Je vous donnerai plus de détails au cours des prochaines semaines, mais je suis tellement heureuse de pouvoir enfin rouvrir ma pratique et de continuer à mieux vous accompagner auprès de vos blessures et de votre santé physique.
