Treatment for everyone ✨

I am grateful to have seen clients in all stages of their lives! Post surgery for lymphatic drainage, after an injury like a sprained ankle or more recently a torn Achilles tendon (😱), pregnancy, postpartum, after some not so great stressful days, or to celebrate a milestone…happy to be here for you!

The power of massage!

My client came in feeling bloated, “crampy”, low back ache and digestive discomfort. There is a chronic history of these complaints, as well as an abdominal scar below navel.

Included in the treatment plan was definitely going to be a full abdominal massage to promote motility, decrease bloating/swelling, increase lymphatic flow, and treatment right to the scar with cupping.

Top photo is before abdominal treatment, bottom is after and wow what a difference! You can see visible puffiness decreased, and tension down midline of abdomen (where scar is), is relaxed.

There are so many signs and symptoms clients come in with that warrants abdominal massage. The abdominal area has some important core muscles that can contribute to low back and hip pain, and a proper functioning digestive system is important for health and our immune system.
