Our wonderful pharmacist Kristine spends her own time hand-making coasters, magnets, home décor and more, with 100% of the proceeds going to The Dream Factory in support of the work they do for children and families in our Manitoba community.

We want to take a moment to recognize just how much heart goes into this. Every piece represents Kristine’s time, creativity and genuine desire to give back.

And for those who know Kristine from the pharmacy, that care probably comes as no surprise. It’s the same kindness and attention she brings to her work and to the people who walk through our doors every day.

💧 What’s the right answer?

If you picked B or C, you’re on the right track! 🙌

A general guideline is:
💦 Women: about 2.7 L/day (from all fluids and foods)
💦 Men: about 3.7 L/day (from all fluids and foods)

That works out to roughly 2–3 litres (8–12 cups) of fluids per day for many adults.

☀️ On hot summer days, or if you’re exercising, sweating more, or spending time outdoors, you’ll likely need more to stay hydrated.

Listen to your body, don’t wait until you’re thirsty, and keep a water bottle close by!
