Sometimes feeling a little off just needs a deeper treatment.

Infrared sauna stimulates a heat that goes cell deep, helping pull unwanted toxins that could be disrupting your sleep, stressing your body and making you just feel so off.

When you’ve checked all the boxes and still feeling blah. Give a 40 minute infrared sauna session a try and see what it’s like to heal from the inside out.

If you think about it logically you quickly realize ‘ah shucks, that makes sense.’

In the colder months our body wants to store and preserve because evolution has gone through the survival of frigid winters and honestly, when we’re out in -45 with the windchill we’re definitely not thriving, we’re surviving.

So before you cozy up and hibernate for the season, commit now to a weekly sauna to give your body a boost.

This past week of cold, wet weather had us chilled to the bone and served up a solid reminder of what season is to come.

With more time spent indoors, colder temperatures, less overall movement and a lot less daylight, our body needs an elevated level of support to stay at our strongest.

Cue Heat Therapy♨️

We can hear the big *sigh* from parents as their kids are off to school this week, and the big *deep breath* from teachers and staff as everyone embarks on a new school year and Fall routine.

This is truly the most perfect time to support your mental and physical shift with a sweat.

Why?

Because we are in a transition and adapting. Not only our schedule but in the season as well. More activities, less daylight, cooler temps. So a sauna is just what we need. Regulate our nervous system levels, red light for our circadian rhythm, and sweat to detox and a little metabolic kick.

Plan to sweat with us this week ♨️
