In this conversation, Dr. Pam shares how our hormones ebb and flow throughout the month during perimenopause, and why the days leading up to your period can feel especially tender.

We are so excited to welcome Myla Majuery, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, to The WOMB. 🤍

As Jenna prepares for maternity leave, we know many clients have been hoping for continued osteopathic care within the clinic, and we’re so grateful to now be able to offer that support.

So many people move through life holding tension, compensating for pain, pushing through discomfort, or feeling disconnected from what their body is trying to communicate. Osteopathy offers a gentle, whole-body approach that supports balance, connection, and healing.

Myla brings a calm, thoughtful presence and a deeply supportive approach to care. Her treatments focus on listening to the body, understanding patterns of strain and compensation, and creating space for ease, regulation, and restoration.

She will be supporting infants, children, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and general wellness care.

Her schedule is now open online and we cannot wait for you to meet her. ✨

Our Baby & Me Fitness class is thoughtfully designed for both mama and baby, creating space to rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and move with confidence during the postpartum season.

Building on the foundation of Barre Yoga, this supportive class blends ballet-inspired movement, Pilates, yoga, dance, and strength training while keeping the unique needs of postpartum and breastfeeding mothers in mind. Together, we focus on core restoration, pelvic floor support, and functional strength in a safe and welcoming environment.

And as always at The WOMB Woodstock - come as you are. Feed your baby, rock your baby, pause when you need to, and move at your own pace. There’s no pressure here, just support, understanding, and a community that gets it. ✨

Whether you’re navigating diastasis recti, pelvic floor concerns, or simply looking for gentle movement alongside your little one, this class was created with you in mind.

At The WOMB, we believe massage is so much more than a moment of relaxation - it can be a deeply supportive part of a woman’s fertility, prenatal, postpartum, and menopausal journey.

Through every season of change, women carry so much physically, mentally, and emotionally. Massage can help create space for rest, reconnection, healing, nervous system support, and feeling cared for in a body that is constantly giving to others.

As our community continues to grow, so does our massage team 🤍

We are so excited to welcome some beautiful new practitioners while continuing to expand access to care with the incredible therapists already supporting families here at The WOMB.

Our massage team now includes:

✨ Michelle C, RMT

✨ Natalie Thomson, RMT

✨ Shauna Balger, RMT, CYT, CMT, CSMTA SCM

Natalie brings nearly 28 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist in Oxford County and has recently transitioned her long-standing practice into The WOMB community. As a mother of four - including twins - and someone who has personally walked through a fertility journey herself, Natalie brings not only deeply experienced hands, but also a compassionate understanding of the many layers of womanhood and motherhood.

Shauna brings a beautifully grounding and integrative approach that blends therapeutic massage, movement, nervous system support, and intentional care. Her presence and philosophy feel so incredibly aligned with the heart of what we strive to create here at The WOMB.
