Today Jess, the bride from Saturdays wedding dropped off the sign she had hand painted for her wedding day. I expressed interest in the sign and how much I loved it. Jess immediately offered to gift it to me and dropped it off this morning. I already had the perfect spot for it in my kitchen. Some things matter more than others. This I will cherish as a reminder of all the weddings I have done over the last 20+ years in business. Thanks for having us at your wedding and thanks for the art work.

Welcome September. It’s hard to believe that summer is almost over and another school year is soon to start. Still lots of time to bring the kids to Todd’s Dogs for lunch. It’s become a tradition for some families while out grabbing last minute back to school supplies. Hope you have a great day!

It’s Narens first day of class today in year two of a Biology major. She’s been on the ice for an entire week now, practicing for another season with the ACHA Niagara University Purple Eagle Women’s Hockey. Good luck Naren on and off the ice.

This past Saturday we had the honour of catering not one but two Weddings, one for the meal, and one late night snack. I guess growing up in the wedding industry I have always viewed doing weddings as a privilege. Two people putting their faith in you to be a part of one of the most important days of their lives.

As everyone knows by now I am in the process of retiring and selling the business, and I’ve been in discussions with a couple interested parties. In those discussions I have even offered to do Weddings for them because I enjoy them and I know the value and the importance of the event.

Dear Friends of Terry Fox - We're thrilled to inform you that the City of Woodstock will once again be honouring the legacy and memory of Terry Fox by raising the
"Terry Fox" flag at Museum Square on Tuesday, September Ist at 9:00am. We won't be far from the spot where Terry spoke on July 16, 1980 when the Marathon of Hope stopped in the Friendly City🫶🏻🇨🇦

Mayor Jerry Acchione will read a proclamation in recognition of Terry Fox and his contributions towards cancer research after which the Mayor and our community run organizer will raise the Terry Fox flag. The Mayor will also read, and formally present the Proclamation during the Woodstock City Council meeting on September 3rd at 1:30pm in Council Chambers☺️📜

The flag raising ceremony in our city pays tribute to a courageous young man who united our country in 1980, and helped establish the path forward that has raised 1 billion dollars for cancer research since 1980!

Please join us for the flag raising ceremony and the City Council meeting. Bring your friends, family members and loved ones. We would love to see you as we come together as a community for this time honoured tradition.
