Too many perimenopausal women are carrying stress in ways they’re not even aware of…

😴 Running on 6 hours of broken sleep

🤯 Making 5,000 tiny decisions before 9am

🥴 Ignoring the bloat because ‘your diet is clean'

⚡ Feeling guilty anytime you’re not ‘on it’

And all of it adds up.

It drains your energy. Disrupts your already-chaotic hormones.

Impacts your cravings, your consistency, and your progress.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, it’s not just about what you’re eating...

It’s about what your body’s holding.

📌 Save this post so you can come back to it when things feel off.

And if you’re ready to stop pushing through those annoying perimenopausal symptoms and start working with your body—

Here are 5 sneaky reasons you might be tired — and they’ve got nothing to do with sleep 👇

✔️ Blood sugar crashes — eating carb-heavy meals without enough protein or fat (or things that are high in sugar!)

✔️ Dehydration — even mild dehydration can dip your energy

✔️ Stress overload — chronic stress keeps your nervous system stuck in overdrive

✔️ Low nutrient intake — not enough B vitamins, magnesium, or iron

✔️ Skipping movement — low energy = low movement = even lower energy

Sleep matters… but it’s not the only thing!

Which one do you think is messing with your energy most right now?

Save this and send it to someone who’s constantly tired.

A saying that’s always stuck with me is:

“Happiness is the gap between expectations and reality.”

Everyone on the internet promises instant results...

But the truth is that most “overnight success” stories took years behind the scenes.

So if you’re a perimenopausal woman, showing up, doing the work, putting in the time—and you’re still not as far along as you hoped...
You’re not behind.

Maybe you’re just in the messy middle!

Maybe your timeline was never realistic…

Or maybe the plan you’re following just isn’t the right one for you.

Either way—you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Adjust if needed. Keep going. And ask for support when you’re ready.

The clock doesn’t get to decide your progress….

YOU do.

📌 Save this for the days you’re doubting the process. You’re not behind. You’re just not done yet.

“Now’s just not a good time.”

We’ve alllll said it.

Maybe there’s travel coming up.

Or you’ve got a packed week.

Or you’re just feeling overwhelmed and trying to keep your head above water.

Totally valid…

But here’s the thing I’ve realized — and what I remind my clients of all the time:

There’s ALWAYS going to be something.

And if we only take care of ourselves when we “have the time”… we’ll never get started.

The goal isn’t to wait for the perfect moment when everything’s calm and color-coded…

It’s to figure out how to prep simple meals, and actually sleep even when things are crazy and you’re short on time.

If you’re a busy perimenopausal woman trying to eat better, feel better, and actually have some energy left at the end of the day ...

It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be doable.

And if you need help, I’ve got you...

🔥 DM me the word “READY” and I’ll help you put together a plan that actually works for your life in your perimenopausal journey —even if (especially if) “now” is not a good time :-)

Being “low maintenance” might sound cool or like a compliment…

But if you’re constantly putting yourself last and calling it “flexibility” or “discipline” — you’re usually only hurting yourself.

This isn’t about becoming high maintenance.

It’s about giving yourself the same love, care, and attention you give to everyone else!

Wishing a happy and relaxing Victoria Day to my our Canadian friends and clients!

You’re standing in the kitchen, exhausted.

It’s late (again). You haven’t had dinner. You’re staring into the fridge like maybe something will jump out and fix it for you.

Your body’s tired. Your brain’s done.

And you think: “I just need a break.”

But what if the real answer isn’t a break…

Not a reset. Not a juice cleanse…

But a shift in how you take care of yourself BEFORE it gets to this point.

Real self-care might look like:

→ Being honest with yourself about what’s not working anymore
→ Cancelling that thing you said “yes” to out of obligation
→ Setting a bedtime alarm to let you know when it’s time to start winding down for bed

Because the goal isn’t to escape your life—it’s to build one that you LOVE.

Keeping it raw and real with you today…

Since a lot of my clients ask what I eat for breakfast, here’s a behind-the-scenes of what my morning actually looks like 👇

🥚 3 scrambled eggs + sautéed spinach with butter

🥣 no-oat oatmeal (flax, h**p and chia) with berries

🧋 a chocolate and almond butter protein smoothie

It wasn’t perfect.

And of course, I didn’t measure anything.

And I ate it while watching an episode of New Girl 😅

But it did check my personal boxes:

✅ Easy
✅ Healthy & balanced
✅ Left me feeling full + focused
That’s what actually matters.

What did YOU have for breakfast this morning!? Let me know 👇
