This has become a growing concern over the past year, here at The Reset Hub, as well. We hold a ZERO tolerance and our staff and massage therapists have a right to refuse to treat if any boundary is crossed and makes the therapist feel unsafe. We will also be contacting the Woodstock Police Force if the situation needs.

Good morning everyone,

If you know me, you know I am honest and open. I just want to remind everyone that I am a one person business right now. No front desk, no other staff and now no room rentals.

So my stress load has increase with trying to answer emails, phone calls and booking requests on an already packed schedule. After having a cardiac scare this past weekend, I need to work on my own self care. I may have to move some of you around and I will have to add short Saturdays to the mix.

I am working at getting back to everyone who is waiting to be booked and returning phone calls and fixing my schedule to show all available spaces yet to be filled. This is all new to me and there is a learning curve.

Also know that if you know me this makes me sad to have to tell you all this, as I want to be the one you all can depend on.
So in order to do that I need to take care of myself, with shorter days and a Saturday or Sunday here and there.
Patience is needed.

📣 Important Pricing Update – Effective June 15, 2026

To our amazing clients — thank you for continuing to support The Reset Hub Massage Therapy Studio and trusting us with your care. ❤️

After several years without increasing our pricing, we will be making a necessary adjustment to all massage therapy and RAPID NFR treatment rates effective June 15, 2026.

Like many small businesses and families, we are experiencing rising costs in fuel, supplies, utilities, taxes, and day-to-day operations. This increase also helps bridge the gap in supporting massage therapists with fair wages and maintaining a high standard of care for our clients.

We understand that price increases impact everyone, and this decision was made thoughtfully and carefully.

✨ New pricing effective June 15, 2026 (before HST):
• Initial 60-Min Massage: $125
• 60-Min Massage: $118
• 45-Min Massage: $105
• 30-Min Massage: $84
• RAPID NFR Treatments: +$5 increase

Appointments booked for June 15, 2026 and onward will reflect the updated pricing.

To Cassandra’s valued clients/patients,

We would like to share that Cassandra will be away from work for the foreseeable future due to upcoming surgeries and recovery periods. At this time, her focus needs to be on her health, healing, and recovery.

As Cassandra operates independently and manages her own scheduling and billing, we kindly ask for patience and understanding as she may not be able to personally contact every client/patient currently booked in her schedule.

We also respectfully ask that unnecessary messages or scheduling inquiries be kept to a minimum during this time so she can fully focus on recovery without added stress or pressure.
