Hello friends 🙂 we're still at it over here, broken foot and all.

There's lots of availability to choose from in August ⬇️
Monday - Friday 5:30AM - 12PM
AND Saturday's 9:15AM - 12PM

Group Classes are still running on Saturday's at 8:30AM for just $12/person ~ it's been a great group of women coming out consistently this summer so far 😍
