I stand by when I said that I understand that talk therapy may not be for everyone.
But the truth of this is that Rebirth & Power is a POWERFUL addition to therapy! Like wow! I knew it was good but when I started therapy again while doing R&P I was mind blown by the beautiful adjacency it brings 🥹
Talk therapy is not a prerequisite for Rebirth & Power but if you're already doing one... Why not try both?
