MJ met Haley in the summer of 2025 at Held by Sisters Women’s Festival in Melville, SK. The festival is proud to be one of very few q***r and trans inclusive “women’s festival” spaces in Saskatchewan. I participated in a hypnosis event facilitated by Haley and I had a great experience.

This hypnosis event is a space to get comfy and lie down, you do NOT need to have your camera or microphone at all to fully participate. Haley will lead us through this 50 min hypnosis session to create a focused, deeply relaxed state of awareness.

For this session Haley and MJ have picked the theme of Radical Acceptance, focusing on self acceptance, forgiveness, loving every version of oneself, releasing judgement, confidence, and taking off the mask.

We picked this topic for spring as we are invited to grow and adapt as we are.

This is a safe and affirming space.
