🪷 Padma Parvatasana ( Lotus Mountain Pose ) ⛰️

This pose can also be performed in sukhasana.

A great pose to strengthen your shoulders, to stretch your spine, calms your mind, relaxes the nervous system,
stimulates the digestive system, also increases mobility in legs.

Padma Parvatasana should be avoided in case of knee injuries.
