Your healthcare should give you options—not more obstacles.

Direct Primary Care gives patients greater freedom in their healthcare decisions. And when a DPC practice dispenses medications, members may be able to access them at significantly lower prices than traditional retail pharmacy costs.

Which benefit matters more to you?

A) More freedom to choose your specialists

What are you training for? 💪

For me, strength training isn’t just about what my body can do today. It’s about what I want it to still be able to do at 70, 80, and beyond.

Getting up on my own. Carrying my own things. Moving confidently. Staying independent.

That’s the real goal: not just adding years to life, but protecting the strength and independence to enjoy them.

Your future self is being built by what you do today.

What do YOU want to still be able to do at 80? 👇

Most people exercise to lose weight.
But what if the most important reason to exercise has nothing to do with the number on the scale?
As a physician, I don't work out to look younger—I work out to stay independent.
My goal is simple: to be able to get out of bed, walk, travel, carry my groceries, and enjoy life on my own when I'm 70, 80, or even 90 years old.
Every workout is an investment in your future.
Exercise isn't just about adding years to your life—it's about adding life to your years.

Taking a break after two weeks of work is essential for maintaining both mental and physical well-being. Rest allows your body and mind to recharge, helping you return to your tasks with renewed energy and focus. Consider activities that promote relaxation and rejuvenation, such as taking a leisurely walk in nature, indulging in a favorite hobby, or simply spending quality time with loved ones. Additionally, ensuring adequate sleep, practicing mindfulness or meditation, and disconnecting from work-related technology can significantly enhance the restorative effects of your time off. Remember, prioritizing rest is not just a luxury; it's a crucial component of a balanced and productive life.

Why This Matters
Colon cancer is the #3 leading cause of cancer deaths in the US.
While it mostly affects people over 65, cases in people in their 40s jumped by 15% over a recent 14-year period. About 1 in 10 new cases now happen in people under 50.
Nearly a third of eligible adults are completely behind on their screenings.
The Solution & New Rules
The New Age: Screenings now start at age 45 (it used to be 50).
Who this is for? Anyone 45 or older who feels totally fine and has an average risk (meaning you have no personal or family history of colon cancer, polyps, or inflammatory bowel diseases).
-How Screening Works (Your Choices)
You don't always have to go straight to a colonoscopy. There are two main ways to get checked:
At-Home Stool Tests (like Cologuard): You collect a sample at home, and science looks for hidden cancer DNA or blood.
Visual Tests (Done by a Doctor): This includes a colonoscopy, where a doctor directly looks inside the colon with a tiny camera.
