A heartfelt thank you to those who joined this afternoon’s Reiki Drum session and Angel Oracle card circle. The energy was so warm, open, and supportive, and it was a privilege to share the space with each of you.

As I opened the space, these beautiful energies came forward:

🔹 East – Blue: communication, truth, and clarity of expression.
🐘🐨 South – Elephant & Koala Bear: wisdom, strength, nurturing, and gentle presence.
🦚 West – Peacock: confidence, beauty, self-expression, and embracing our authentic selves.
💛 North – Yellow: joy, optimism, personal power, and new insights.
🦅 Sky – Eagle: higher perspective, spiritual guidance, and seeing the bigger picture.
🦆 Earth – Duck: adaptability, emotional flow, and trusting life’s currents.
🕊️ Heart – White Dove: peace, love, healing, and harmony.

My personal card for the session was Focus on Service, a powerful reminder that when we dedicate ourselves to serving from the heart, we naturally align with our purpose and allow healing energy to flow where it is most needed. It felt like a beautiful message for our gathering today—coming together in service, support, healing, and connection.

Thank you all for bringing your presence, openness, and lovely energy. May the wisdom and healing from today continue to unfold in the days ahead. 💜✨🪘🪽

What a lovely first day of Reiki Level 2 training with Georgina yesterday. ✨

Thank you for fussing over Oscar whenever he decided he needed a little extra attention!

I loved observing how Oscar responded to the energy while we were meditating on CKR and SHK. Within moments of working with CKR, he laid down directly underneath the energy I was drawing down, and during SHK he moved a little further away before settling down again, looking completely calm and relaxed.

At the end of the session, I spent some time giving both Barney and Oscar a little Reiki of their own as they are recovering from being neutered. Their excitement settled within moments, and they both snuggled in and seemed to really enjoy the healing energy.

I absolutely love working with this beautiful energy and witnessing the positive effects it can have on both people and animals. 💜

I’m really looking forward to day two with Georgina and hearing more about her experiences working with Reiki. 💫

✨ Drink water, eat well, sleep more
✨ Be kinder to yourself

You don’t have to fix everything overnight. Small steps are still progress.
