As we sort through our new stock and get ready for our relaunch. Although we offer pay offs on items over a certain amount and over a mutually specified period of time at claim, There has been some recent claims that have not been paid for at all with little no contact or explanation....some for up to 6wks. Although we are both super understanding and approachable about issues that may arise please remember we also have payments to make on restocks etc.
My beautiful bestie lost her fur baby yesterday and with that comes vet costs etc and it's a very emotional time for her, The last thing she needs is being mucked around. Booking up, agreeing on a payment plan then not paying or contacting us as to why is plain unacceptable. Luckily it's just a few people.
We have let it slide so far, but from now on please keep up communication and on top of payments the best you can. 💜
