Healing doesn’t always come down to doing more.

We’re taught to focus on the next supplement, the next lab, the next protocol…
as if the body is something to fix.

But healing isn’t just biochemical.
It’s neurological.

Your nervous system is constantly asking one question:
Am I safe, or am I under threat?

And the answer to that question determines everything—
digestion, hormones, inflammation, energy, even how your body responds to the “right” protocol.

If your system is stuck in protection mode,
it’s much harder for the body to shift into repair.

That’s where something simple—but often overlooked—comes in:

The 10 Minute Reset.

Not another thing to add to your list.
Just small, intentional moments that tell your body it’s safe to soften.

Ten minutes of slow, intentional breathing.
Ten minutes outside, letting natural light hit your eyes.
Ten minutes of gentle movement after you eat.
