Sooo in 2 weeks Alan Reynolds (who has lost nearly 7st with me) will be completing his 1st Mighty Hike for Macmillan Cancer and I will be completing my 5th and final Mighty Hike... With massive support from Helen & Catherine❤️

I really want to go out with a bang and raise £10,000+ if possible... This was only ever a pipe dream... But as normal I put my all into it... I cannot thank the retailers/restauranteurs/florists and so many others who selflessly gave to support this amazing charity...and donated to help me reach my target... All I ask...could you help me out... I promise it's my last year... 🫣

Marie-Louise is in remission of her cancer and fought through the toughness of the 10k with Marie and me at her side...

Adrian & Nicky Best smashed the 5k with their daughters spurring them on...this time last year they didn't think they ever could...
