Ok so I've been in awe for a min with these "superman" pushups I've been seeing on the gram. Now I'm a fit guy and can hold my own in a gym or any muscle beach but funny thing is, I immediately said "there is no way I can do that". In my head I was making excuses and reasons why I couldn't possibly. Then it hits me like a dumbbell in the face...I've never even tried.
Funny how we can take ourselves out of the race mentally before even lacing up. Don't ever let anyone tell you you can't do something...not even yourself.
