Launching SPARK. Find out more about how loneliness at work can affect your team's culture and performance.

05/11/2021

We are launching SPARK a mental health platform. Research shows that many of us are lonely at work. This might feel like not being seen, not being heard or feeling like everyone else works on the important jobs. Sometimes (or more often) we just don't feel connected at work.
As part of our work, we are looking for YOUR HELP. We would love it you could answer this anonymous questionnaire (no names or personal details asked) about how you feel at work. Even better if you could share it with your friends and family.
https://mark581.typeform.com/to/CuMrWdKG
It should only take 3 mins to answer.
More about SPARK in later posts and if this topic interests you and you are responsible for people at work we are happy to send you some more details about loneliness at work, its impact and how to make changes to improve it for yourself and your teams.
