Numina Yoga Now was created with a holistic approach by Carlos Cazalis, after putting aside his photography career to dedicate himself to mind-body awareness. Through the practices of Dharma Yoga, Kashmir Yoga, Advaita Vedanta, meditation, Ayurveda massages and nutrition and finally the studies of fascia maneuvers we wish to be of help to others to help and heal themselves. The text below this introduction, (on my substack) is a comment I shared on Daniel Klein’s Substack article, Making Peace With Monsters. I highly recommend reading it. Klein has spent the last couple of years coming to the realization of how his deep conditioning, as a West Bank settler in Zionist Israel, led him to dehumanize, not only Palestinians, but anyone who opposed or criticized the settlements. His realization upturned his life painfully, but the truth led him to true love.

When the light appears, it shines through the house, and shadows dissipate.

After more than a decade of practice, which was mostly in through and yoga, both of which were incredibly useful for my physical well-being, I discovered my real energetic being through yoga in the tradition of what was named .

The teacher who brought it to the west was a German named Jean Klein. I have had the to receive his teachings through three students of his, Billy Doyle, Francis Lucille and Eric Baret. I must emphasize that each one teaches that there is to be taught in a completely different practice. This was a key pointing to me of its .

I then moved into a yoga practice with Rupert Spira, student of Francis Lucille.
