The BHT’s LOKK on effective patient–therapist communication offered a valuable opportunity to reflect on an essential part of our daily practice.

Through open discussion and the exchange of experiences, we explored how effective communication can strengthen the therapeutic relationship, while also addressing the importance of setting clear boundaries and managing therapy time when working with highly communicative patients.

It was an engaging evening that provided both practical insights and food for thought with a special thanks to Verreyn for guiding us through the evening.

The BHT’s LOKK on effective patient–therapist communication offered a valuable opportunity to reflect on an essential part of our daily practice.

What an inspiring few days at the EFSHT Congress in Basel! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with colleagues from across Europe, exchange ideas, and learn from the latest developments in hand therapy and rehabilitation.

A big thank you to the organizers, speakers, and all participants for creating such a welcoming and stimulating experience.

— Education Committee (EC)

Each of these committees plays a vital role in shaping the activities, scientific output, and educational direction of EFSHT, and we warmly welcome candidates who are motivated to contribute their time, expertise, and experience to the development of hand therapy across Europe.

Please find attached the provisional role descriptions for each committee position (to be voted on during the Council Meeting), along with the relevant regulations for your reference.

Er is geen specifieke voorkennis vereist. Als laatstejaars of afgestudeerde kinesitherapeut/fysiotherapeut, ergotherapeut, orthopedisch technieker of arts met belangstelling in handrevalidatie volstaat een gezonde dosis interesse! Het volgen van eerdere opleidingen binnen de Permanente Vorming Handrevalidatie is geen vereiste.
