For a long time, I believed I could push through anything.
I called it discipline.
I called it strength.
I called it "I can do this even standing on one leg."
Then one day — I couldn't.
And I was lost. Not because I had given up. But because I had been running on a system that was already running on empty.
What shifted for me wasn't motivation.
It wasn't a new supplement or a better morning routine.
It was learning to stop relating to my body as something to manage — and start listening to it as something that was trying to tell me its truth.
That shift took time.
It still takes practice.
But it changed everything about how I work, live, and support the women I coach.
What does your body tell you when you get quiet enough to listen?
