Some interactions stay with us long after they’ve ended.
You may keep replaying the conversation, notice tension in your body, or feel emotionally unsettled without knowing why.
Before assuming the feeling belongs to someone else, pause and check in with yourself.
Take three slow breaths. Relax your body. Name what you’re feeling without judging it.
Then ask: “What do I need to release, and what do I want to carry forward?”
You don’t have to understand everything immediately. Sometimes the first step is simply returning to yourself.
