Here’s to the cost—and the joy—of becoming who we’re meant to be. 💡

When you step into my coaching space, whether virtually, in person, or even out walking, you step into a space where transformation happens.

This is what I was made to do: create the kind of space where clarity emerges, courage grows, and change becomes possible.

Choose from:
💻 Virtual coaching (efficient + flexible)
🚶 Walking sessions (grounded + spacious)
🤝 In-person coaching (deep + present)
📖 Accessible guided self-study coaching (this is where you will be welcomed on the virtual Strengths Overlander Experience)

The point is there is a path suited for you.

👉 Remember the real question is: can you afford not to?

Coaching with Sarah at Coach Your Wild is like an oasis in the wildness of life. A true thinking partner for what matters most.

Take the step… drop me a message… I would love to walk beside you on this journey

Coaching isn’t free.

It costs you time. It costs you energy. It costs you the willingness to be honest with yourself. Yes it cost money too…
But here’s the truth: the return is far greater than the investment.

✨ Clarity where there was confusion
✨ Courage where there was fear
✨ Confidence where there was doubt

Every step you take toward growth compounds. And one brave conversation can shift everything.

👉 If you’ve been waiting for “the right time” to invest in yourself… ask instead: Can I afford not to?

DM me and let’s find a time to chat about what cozching could look like for you and your budget.

❓ Can you afford not to find a coach?

Over the past few years, I’ve learned that the real cost of coaching isn’t just financial. It’s the courage, time, and focus you give yourself in the process.

But the greater cost? Staying stuck. Missing opportunities. Holding back your own growth.

I’ve invested in my training and experience so that when you step into my coaching space, you’re met with transformation.

✨ This series is all about exploring what coaching really costs - and why you can’t afford to miss it.

Stay tuned.

👉 What’s the cost of staying where you are?

When people think about coaching, they often ask: What does it cost? 💭

But I believe the better question is: What’s the cost of not?

Because the truth is… coaching isn’t just about money.
It’s about time, energy, courage, and the willingness to be honest with ourselves.

And while there is a cost, the return is far greater:
💡 Clarity where you’ve felt stuck
💪 Courage where fear held you back
🌱 Confidence to move forward when the path felt unclear

Over the next few posts, I’ll share:
1️⃣ The real cost of coaching (and why it’s worth it)
2️⃣ What you gain when you step into the process
3️⃣ Who I am as a coach and how I hold space
4️⃣ An invitation to explore coaching with me

👉 Follow along if you’ve ever wondered: Can I afford coaching?

You may just discover the real question is: Can I afford not to?

✨ Before summer, I had a client who could only commit to one session. We used it to explore her innate talents through CliftonStrengths.

Months later, she’s still drawing on insights from that single conversation. 🌱

Because coaching isn’t just a good chat. It can shift the way you see yourself — and ripple out to impact those around you.

Curious what coaching could unlock for you? Let’s explore together. 💬
