We all know the Russian dolls.

Perfectly identical on the outside… all the way down.

🤨

Even if I appreciate the art work and often use the metaphor, my imagination would love to discover different expressions as I go from the first to the last one.

Because unlike them, what we show… and what we carry… isn't a perfect "copy and paste".

This is the dimension I explore in my latest newsletter this week...

I’m currently following a 4-day MasterClass, and last night one of the speakers suggested the following homework:
find 5 clients this week.

My first reaction? 😱
A very clear “oh no… not that.”

But after sitting with it before going to sleep, something shifted.
I could see the value — not in forcing myself, but in choosing how I meet the challenge, while staying true to who I am.

So let me start the way I know best: with a real story.

A young friend of mine trains regularly — running several times a week, official races, Spartans, the whole thing.
Last fall, pain showed up and lingered. She ignored it.
Until the diagnosis: a stress fracture.
Result? Complete stop.

What struck me wasn’t the injury itself, but the pattern behind it — one I see far too often.

So I’m curious…
When your body sends warning signs, what’s your most natural reaction?

a. You push through.
“I’ll deal with it later.”
b. You adapt… briefly.
You slow down a bit and hope it passes.
c. You stop only when you’re forced to.
Because your body eventually decides for you.

When we live in extremes — push / collapse, all-in / shutdown —
the body often ends up speaking for what wasn’t listened to earlier.

So here I am, doing the homework my way 😊
I’m opening 5 online sessions for people who:
– keep pushing despite recurring physical issues
– feel stuck in a push / collapse loop
– sense their body might be compensating for more than just physical effort

The session is offered for a symbolic amount.
In return, I’ll simply ask for a short testimonial or a referral if it feels right afterwards.
