Living with pain for years is NOT the problem.

Deciding it’s “just something I’ll have to live with” IS.

Imagine a smoke alarm blaring non-stop in your house. Instead of finding the fire, you put a pillow over the alarm and tell yourself, “I guess this noise is just part of my life now.”

If you’ve had X‑rays that show herniated discs and been told “Well, that explains your pain,” this is for you.

Herniations can look dramatic on a scan, but they’re often only a small part of what you actually feel day to day. Your body usually gets to that point because of long‑standing movement dysfunctions elsewhere – the way you walk, sit, twist, stabilise or don’t stabilise over time. Those patterns overload certain sections of your spine until something finally gives.
