I feel so incredibly grateful right now.🙏
Having found inner peace and such contentment in the last 48 hours...something I haven't felt in a very long time. This is a real piece of happiness ❤️ and I cherish this with all my heart 💝 taking it in all the way 🧘‍♀️
It's a gift.🎁 As moments are ever fleeting.
These are the best of our lives. 🌟

The ugliness of the world can wait for now, whilst I'm in homeostasis, fully recharging. The biggest gift to oneself, the highest level of self-care.

May everyone experience and recognize such moments and enjoy them in full presence. 🙏

The world would be a better place for it, as love would be spread more widely. ☮️

Day 3 with a cold on vacation 🙄😅 but feeling better energy wise 💪 although the sinuses are going crazy 👃💦🤧🤪🙈

The energy is probably thanks to the routine of
♡ extra vitamin C
♡ echinacea
♡ raw garlic
♡ lots and lots of fluids and
♡ adequate rest.

Beach day, here I come!🏖☀️
☝️But probably tomorrow! 🤞😄😁

And then a visit to the cathedral of Palma, a city tour, some shopping, dining, more sightseeing, swimming in the sea and more sunbathing days ☀️☀️☀️ 🙏🍀

Finally loading up on as much Vitmanin D as possible before the colder, darker season makes its way to Switzerland 🍂❄️
