The current phase has reminded me, that even when you ‘think’ you understand at least some of Ayurveda, your body can always ask you to slow down.

I’ve had to simplify food, reduce stimulation, and focus on nervous system repair.

Healing is rarely dramatic.
It’s daily choices that calm the system.

As we celebrate Navratri, entering a period of festivity in India, let’s reflect on the spiritual significance of the coming nine divine days, each dedicated to a different form of Goddess Durga:

1️⃣ *Day 1* - Shailaputri: The embodiment of strength and courage. She teaches us to remain grounded yet strong.
2️⃣ *Day 2* - Brahmacharini: Symbolizes devotion and penance. She inspires us to walk the path of love and wisdom.
3️⃣ *Day 3* - Chandraghanta: Represents peace and serenity, blessing us with tranquility and grace.
4️⃣ *Day 4* - Kushmanda: The creator of the universe. Her energy brings light and warmth to our lives.
