The room was bustling the stage was on fire!

We call it normal to keep going.
Normal to push through.
Normal to override tiredness, hunger, tightness, emotion, the need to pause.

Can you relate?

And then the body speaks much louder,
and we wonder why.

This work is about noticing it sooner.

When something in you says enough, even softly.
When the body is asking for a moment, before it has to demand one.

That is part of what we tune into together in Body Listening Circle.

Stop focusing so hard on yourself, try this.

Let the movement interrupt the thinking.
Let the body pull you out of the loop.

Still thinking.
Still rehearsing.
Still running the same limits on repeat.

This is for the moments
when your body is away,
but your mind is still trapped
in the same old thinking.

Take a break from the thoughts
that keep limiting you.

Sometimes that starts
with giving the body
a way to come down first.

Yes excited to get home, to get that sh..t going.

Not with another to-do list.
OR worse
a NOT TO DO list

Not with another way of managing yourself.

That is the difference.

This is not about going away for a few days
and then returning with a prettier plan.

It is about working in a way
that changes what has been driving the plan in the first place.

So you do not come home
and slip straight back into the same pace,
the same pressure,
the same way of overriding yourself.

You come back clearer.
Softer.
More honest about what fits.
More able to choose differently.

You return different.

You have been holding so much for so long.

You believe to let go is doing more.

When really it can be letting yourself be supported.

This work is not only about movement.
It is also about receiving, listening, and allowing the body to be met in places it cannot always reach alone.

And feel that you don’t have to do it all alone.

Your held, organised, supported, carried and with the movement we do you keep going like that also alone.

In Malaysia, this is part of what we create together.
A space where you do not have to hold everything by yourself.

Sometimes I can’t hear myself alone.

Not because my body is silent,
but because I am too close to it.
Too inside it.
Too practiced in moving past its quieter signals.

This is one of the reasons I believe so deeply in shared spaces.

Sometimes witness helps sensation become legible.
Sometimes being held in the right field helps the body speak more clearly.
Sometimes what we cannot access alone becomes possible in relationship.

This is part of why I am gathering women in Malaysia.

Not to escape life.
To return to it with more of ourselves.

I didn’t always feel that way about my mother.

So I chose the opposite.

Natural living.
Deep care.
Always there.

I wanted to do everything “right”.

The right foods.
The right techniques.
The right movement.
The right healing.
The right way to live.

But eventually I realised:

you can spend so much time searching outside yourself,
you slowly stop listening to what the body is already saying.

And one day the body asks:

are you still here with me?

Maybe safety is not about doing everything perfect.
Maybe it is learning to stay connected to your own rhythm within all the noise.

There are things you live with for so long
you stop questioning them.

Not because they feel right.
But because they feel… familiar it’s just how it is.

And then something shifts.

Not all at once.
But enough to notice.

I’ll share more from here.

This is our new view and welcoming full moon at the new Dadimuqin location.
