Celebration cake! There’s this thing I like to do when I’m working towards a goal or have a big task to complete – decide on what my personal gift to myself will be once I’ve managed to do it.

Honestly, most of time that gift to myself involves cake, and this time was no exception.

What I’m celebrating this time round feels like a big, fat exciting one: I’m officially a Yoga Nidra teacher!

Yep, after almost 25 years since I first stepped on a yoga mat, I’ve finally done a training in yoga. But this one has nothing to do with getting myself into pretzel positions or standing on my head (both of which I love btw) – Yoga Nidra is all about slowing down, resting and receiving the nourishment of entering into a state between sleep and wakefulness. Total magic! Especially when you’re sleep deprived and in need of a reset and reboot.

Over the past two years I’ve been slowly and intentionally working my way through the incredible training led by Ally Boothroyd | Sarovara Yoga , Emma Treharne & Tiina Kivinen. So grateful to have learned from all their wisdom ✹

I’m beyond excited to be adding Yoga Nidra as the latest tool alongside breathwork, as it’s one I know – from my own experience – to be game-changing in so many ways. I’m honestly not sure I would have gotten through some parts of the early years of motherhood without my Nidra naps!

Stay tuned to find out the ways I’ll be sharing Yoga Nidra with you. But for now, I just wanted to take a moment to celebrate this milestone.

This was a big moment! Sharing breathwork with 100 women as part of Rebel Day back in May was one for the books.

I won’t lie: the nerves leading up to the event were off the charts. But as I stepped onto stage, a blissful calm came over me and I absolutely loved every single second of it.

Honestly, there’s something special about being in the presence of other women and breathing in unison - I can’t get enough of it!

For those of you who breathed with me that day and contributed to the magic, thank you 🙏

More of this please universe ✹

Okay that IG break lasted a little longer than expected 😅

But I’m gently making a return. So, hi!

Lots has been happening offline – life has been full to the brim since the start of the year so social media fell off the list for the longest time.

But I’m still doing breathwork. Still training breathwork facilitators. Still writing away. Still dunking myself in the lake and sea as much as possible.

Plus I have an exciting new training under my belt (more on that soon) which will shift how I work both 1:1 and in groups. And some exciting, outrageously surfy, life changes on the horizon.

Honestly, I’m not sure what and how much to share, and even where to start.

So here’s a visual update of the last wee slice of life.

1. They’re water babies too! Quelle surprise !
2. Sharing breathwork Rebel Day – the most incredible experience.
3. Coffee and journalling date with myself.
4. Swiss lakeside loveliness.
5. 41 years of unedited stories on my face - a portrait by my 3-year-old.
6. Where the breathwork & writing happens.
7. The simplicity of Scottish shorelines.
8. Never not smug after a lake swim.
9. Summer work set up.
10. Hug buttons.
11. Seeking out the water wherever I go.
12. Sunday morning coffee & writing.
13. Sisterly silliness.

Looking forward to connecting with you all a bit more on here from now on :)

Hello đŸ‘‹đŸ» It’s been a while!

I’m about to sign off from IG for a lengthy break but wanted to share what’s been going on as I’ve very much neglected this space of late.

A few updates:

- I’m no longer offering breathwork . It’s been so lovely to share breathwork in person in this cute little space over the past few months but I’ve needed to free up space, time and energy for other projects so I’ve closed the door on that part of my work for now. It’s been a real reminder that I can’t do all the things all at once and I have to choose where to put my energy wisely ✹

- One of the reasons I needed to free up space is to throw myself into my breathwork teaching role on the Mastery Certification created by and also as a teacher on the Breathwork Facilitator Apprenticeship. Teaching breathwork in both of these ways is a total dream come true for me đŸ€©

- The way we’re offering breathwork (and other practices like Yoga Nidra and Movement is Medicine) through Mother Breath is changing. We’ll be offering one Wednesday evening session per month and may add more ad hoc events later on. Check for details of the schedule, which will be updated soon đŸ€—

- Last update: it’s time for me to step away from this platform for a while. Maybe a long time. Less scrolling and more presence in the real world is calling!

Sending so much love to you wherever you are in the world ❀

If you want to stay in touch you can always join my mailing list (which is very much neglected atm) by downloading my free bundle of breathwork audios at link in bio. Or, otherwise, head over to Substack, where I will continue to share on my publication Breathing Motherhood occasionally.

Over and out for now âœŒđŸ»

I don’t know about you but at this time of year, my mind is busy with all the big questions and ponderings and what ifs flying around.

The mind can feel like a noisy place! Especially as we journey deeper into end-of-the-year madness.

It’s not surprising - we’re coming to the end of a year but also the end of a big 9-year cycle, according to numerology.

In short: we’re entering into a season of change and to know what steps to take next, we need clarity.

An invitation to invite such clarity?

Coming to a lovingly-held breathwork session on the 11th of December from 18:30 – 20:30 in Morges.

I’ll be holding space for you to explore the clarity you are currently calling in in your life.

By using conscious connected breathwork – a bold and empowering practice that enables you to enter into expanded states of consciousness – we take any enquiries circling in the mind to the body. Where the wisdom really lies.

Aside from this, this will be a space to unwind from the busyness, the stress, and the overwhelm of this season and come away feeling lighter and more connected to what actually matters and how you actually feel.

Super small group (4 spots max)!

But it does provide rocket fuel for journeying to a deep sense of presence that I feel so many of us are craving in today’s world.

Hi lovelies!

I can’t believe it’s been two whole months of sharing breathwork in the beautiful space at

If you’d like to experience conscious connected breathwork in a small group in this cosy cocoon, then come along to one of the remaining group breathwork sessions for 2025.

Thu 13th of November: 18:30 – 20:30 – 3 spots left

Thu 11th of December: 18:30 – 20:30 – 4 spots left

A bit about what to expect from the session

Conscious connected breathwork isn’t a surface-level chill-out or a temporary escape. It’s bold, energising and empowering – a practice that clears space in your body and mind so you can actually feel alive.

This work is for anyone ready to reclaim space for themselves. We’re all rushing through life, hoping something will slow us down, but the truth is, life just won’t give us that break!

Breathwork is a way to stop, reset and come back to ourselves, not by resting but by feeling: fully, frankly and fiercely.

If this intrigues you then do come along!
