What is Nadi Shodhana?
Nadi = subtle energy channel; Shodhan = cleaning, purification; Pranayama = breathing technique.

Nadis are subtle energy channels in the human body that can get blocked due to various reasons.

The Nadi Shodhan pranayama is a breathing technique that helps clear these blocked energy channels, thus calming the mind.

I normally practice this first thing in the morning when out of bed before my meditation, or other times during the day when feeling too much anxiety or restlessness. Helps a lot..;)

I wish that I was thought meditation by my parents in my early childhood or in my kindergarten, but that’s already lamenting the past and that’s not my style..😉
But with all my heart I hope it will become soon the absolute necessity in the children education, like teaching them to brush their teeth;)

It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken adults ❤️
