I definitely feel pressure in my job to look a certain way, eat a certain way and perform a certain way
But as my life gets busier and more chaotic I’m facing the same challenges most people face everyday whilst trying to manage kids and work
When you only have to care for yourself it’s easy to make all the healthy choices
But as my life gets fuller i prioritise my health seeming behaviours.
During the week it will be sleep, but at the weekend ill watch a show with a glass of wine.
I’ll get my exercise in but that might mean dinner will be whatever I can rustle up quickly
Don’t have time or energy to cook veg…I’ll eat more fruit
It’s not perfect but it’s consistent and that’s what’s most important 🥰
