The following exercises - for which you don't need any equipment - are perfect for building ab muscles:

💪 Crunch

Works the entire abdominal area.

💪 Heel Taps

Work the oblique and straight abdominal muscle if one crunches the upper back off the ground during the exercise.

💪 Plank

Uses all the core muscles.

💪 Mountain Climbers

Strengthen arms, back, shoulders, legs - and core.
