Intention + Frequency = Healing
This is the main formula to be aware of before anything else. Only through intention and presence is it possible to literally become a practitioner of alchemy. This goes for both the light and the dark ones – which is why it’s so important not to buy into concepts, no matter how much they are backed by scientific claims, without seeing the nuances of the debate. Don’t outsource your alchemical potential to anything.
Keep in mind that the Gong is not tuned to a standardized frequency, and yet people experience deeply transformative shifts in a Gong bath. Practitioners working with Cousto-based planetary forks, or others who work with the Schumann or Solfeggio frequencies – a lot of people claim that their frequency is the one. It’s as much nonsense as Crystal Bowl manufacturers claiming that their colored, overpriced bowls will take you to the torus field while others won’t. When science and spirituality lose integrity due to egomania and the need for attention, it creates confusion, to say the least. It’s not all that complicated, really.
Yes, 432 hertz is often claimed to be more naturally attuned to cosmic principles, and yes, there’s a special beauty to it – but then again, almost all music recorded and played since the change of the chamber pitch to 440 hertz in 1939 is recorded in – well, 440 Hz. Seeing a bunch of sound healing practitioners and ‘influencers’ alike pushing claims of ‘demonic’ frequencies is exactly the reason we still deal with the label of ‘conspiracy’, which is a pity.
