This International Women's Day

let us celebrate the female body.

The body that changes.
That feels deeply.
That carries more than it shows.

We give.
We hold.
We stay strong for others.

And often, we override our own rhythm.

But the body keeps count.

The jaw tightens.
The shoulders lift.
The lower belly holds.

There is deep intelligence in the belly —
it knows when we are nourished
and when we are running on empty.

And when a woman finally allows herself to receive support, something shifts.

The breath deepens.
Warmth returns to the abdomen.
The nervous system softens.

The body remembers, the connection is restored.

Today, place a hand on your belly.
Listen.

And if your body is asking for space to soften,

🌷 International Women’s Day

Every year we celebrate women — their achievements, their strength, their contribution to society.

As a bodywork therapist and as a woman, today I would also like to celebrate -

The incredible female body.

The body that changes.
That feels deeply.
That carries more than it shows...

Deep within our bodies lives a strong sense of responsibility —
for family, for work, for friends, for community.

We give. We hold. We support.

And often, we do it without pause.

The female body is remarkably adaptive.
Strong.
Resilient.

And at the same time — sensitive and wise.

It moves in cycles.
In the rhythm of creation, action, rest and renewal.

But when, for whatever reason, we do not allow ourselves to follow that rhythm
- when we move past the need for rest,
- when we do not receive space to soften,
- when we are always the ones holding everything together

The body responds:

Through fatigue.
Through tension.
Through pain.
Through changes in our cycle.
Through disrupted sleep.......

In my practice, I witness something quiet and powerful:

when a woman allows herself to receive support, her whole system shifts.

The breath deepens.
The abdomen softens.
The nervous system settles.
Her intuition grows stronger.

The body remembers its natural flow again and she reconnects with her body's wisdom .

So today, I invite you to honor your body.

To listen to its rhythm.
To respect its cycles.
To allow yourself to be supported.

And if your body is asking for a space where it can be held with respect —
without performance, without expectation,

March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month.

For me, this month is not about fear but about awareness.

The colon works quietly every day.
Its health is shaped slowly, through rhythm and consistency.

Through how we breathe.
How we manage stress.
Whether we rush or allow time.
Whether we listen when the body whispers.

When life becomes fast or demanding, digestion often changes first. In my practice, I frequently notice how tension settles in the diaphragm and abdomen long before stronger symptoms appear.

Screening and medical care are essential.
And so is everyday care.

Small, steady habits.
Softening where we tend to hold.
Allowing the body to return to rhythm.

If something feels persistently different, please, speak to your doctor.
And if you feel your body has been carrying tension or rushing for too long, I’m here to support that process back toward balance.

Prevention often begins with attention.
