🌸Lately, life has been asking a lot from me.
Between searching for a temporary apartment during renovations, preparing for my exams this year, finding a new space to welcome you, my job, and organizing workshops and events… I sometimes feel overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious.
My nervous system can feel saturated, and with my tendency toward Vata and Pitta imbalances, my body also struggles to keep up with the pace.
So what helps me navigate these moments without burning out?
– Maintaining my morning routine, showing up on the mat no matter how I feel, even for a short moment
– Practicing pranayama to come back into my body, calm my mind, and support energy flow
– Nourishing myself with balanced meals adapted to my needs, while still keeping joy in eating
– Going for walks, getting fresh air, cycling to work, and spending quality time alone
– Creating simple, meaningful moments with loved ones
– Letting go of distractions (goodbye Netflix), and choosing to be present with myself, through writing, reading, or painting

🌸Ces derniers temps, la vie me challenge pas mal.
Entre la recherche d’un appartement temporaire, mes examens, mon travail et mes projets, il m’arrive de me sentir stressée, dépassée, avec un système nerveux un peu saturé.
Alors je reviens à l’essentiel :
– bouger, même un peu
– respirer, pour revenir dans mon corps
– me nourrir de façon équilibrée
– prendre l’air, ralentir
– m’entourer des bonnes personnes
– et être plus présente à moi-même
