Wir sind stets bemüht, möglichst flexibel und kulant zu sein. Gleichzeitig haben wir in den vergangenen Monaten festgestellt, dass kurzfristige Terminabsagen leider deutlich zugenommen haben.
Da reservierte Termine oft nicht mehr neu vergeben werden können, entstehen dadurch erhebliche Ausfälle für unser Team und unser Unternehmen.
Aus diesem Grund gilt ab sofort:
• Kostenlose Stornierung bis 48 Stunden vor dem Termin
• Absagen innerhalb von 24-48 Stunden: 50% des Behandlungspreises
• Absagen von weniger als 24 Stunden oder Nichterscheinen (No-Show): 100% des Behandlungspreises

We always strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. At the same time, we have noticed over the past few months that short-notice cancellations have increased significantly.
As reserved appointments often cannot be rebooked at such short notice, this results in considerable losses for our team and our business.
For this reason, the following policy applies with immediate effect:
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment
• Cancellations within 24-48 hours: 50% of the treatment price
• Cancellations less than 24 hours and no-shows: 100% of the treatment price
