Let's be honest - who has never experienced back pain? 🙋🏼‍♀️

Research shows that even 80% of people will experience low back pain at least once in their lifetime.
But does that mean it's a life sentence?

Absolutely not!

One of the biggest myths is that back pain is always caused by a problem in the spine. In reality, there are many factors that can contribute to it, including:

- mechanical overload of muscles and soft tissues
- lack of physical activity
- inappropriate or poorly adjusted training
- chronic fatigue
- inflammatory conditions
- digestive issues and inadequate nutrition
- stress and emotional tension
and,and,and...

Of course, spinal conditions and injuries such as disc problems, fractures, or inflammatory diseases can also cause pain, but they account for only a minority of cases.

So what can you do?

🌞First, notice the pain instead of ignoring it.
🌞Then try to understand where it may be coming from, how it started, etc.
🌞Sometimes therapy is needed (always ready to help:), sometimes small changes in daily habits make a huge difference.

The goal is not only to reduce the pain but also to prevent it from coming back😊 And here's also where I can help you

Does this mean the problem is solved? No.
Pain in the shoulder is still present, but the patient regained shoulder range of motion after just one session.

Now we continue working on pain modulation and restoring full ROM so the patient can get back to their favorite sports.
The goal? Back to sports ASAP.

Do I promise your progress will be this fast? No.
Every person responds differently to therapy, and many factors influence recovery.

But is it worth trying?

True therapeutic results come from precision, not repetition🤯

It means: Not every neck or back pain should be treated the same way.

✅Sometimes it’s enough to release local muscle tension💪
✅Sometimes we need to work on mobilisations, drainage, kinetic chains (myofascial chains), nervous system regulation or introduce the right daily exercises

There is no one-size-fits-all solution🤷‍♀️

Halo, halo, Blisko! ✨

To zdjęcie pochodzi z ostatniej edycji Festiwalu Kobiecej Energii, gdzie tym razem – nie jako prowadząca, ale jako uczestniczka – mogłam poznawać techniki pracy z nerwem błędnym.

Tym wpisem chcę Wam serdecznie podziękować – za udział w festiwalach, zarówno jako uczestniczki, jak i jako współorganizatorki. Te wspólne chwile były pełne pięknych warsztatów, rozmów, kobiecej energii i współtworzenia czegoś naprawdę wyjątkowego. Jednocześnie chcę ogłosić, że w tym roku Festiwal Kobiecej Energii nie odbędzie się.

Od samego początku – jeszcze w czasach Wioski Kobiet, a teraz w Blisko – mam ogromne szczęście poznawać niezwykłe kobiety. To znajomości i przyjaźnie, które trwają latami i które są dla mnie prawdziwym skarbem. ❤️ Niezwykłe są Polki w Szwajcarii – każda, która przychodzi na warsztaty, wnosi swoją energię, wsparcie i wartości, tworząc razem kolektyw, w którym naprawdę można poczuć moc wspólnoty.

Kończę ten rozdział w Festiwalu Kobiecej Energii z ogromną wdzięcznością. 💜 I jak to w życiu bywa – nic nie znika, tylko zmienia formę.

Swoją energię przenoszę teraz w inny projekt – razem z Anią Chojnacką i Moniką Jurkiewicz zapraszamy Was na 4-dniowy wyjazd do Ticino. 🌿 Czeka nas joga dwa razy dziennie, odkrywanie mniej znanych zakątków Ticino oraz warsztaty z Moniką. Plan zapowiada się cudownie i wiem, że będzie to czas regenerujący i doładowujący.

I znów – to powstaje we współpracy z kobietami, które były częścią Wioski Kobiet. To naturalna kontynuacja wspólnej energii i dowód na to, jak wiele możemy tworzyć razem.
