A 30-year-old multi-chamber washer has recently been replaced with a new GMP-compliant system at a pharmaceutical customer's facility.

The new installation features a 13-meter-long, 7-meter-high multi-chamber washer and dryer, equipped with automated unloading and a range of advanced technologies.

With a footprint of more than 100 m² across two floors, this impressive system can simultaneously reprocess seven racks, handling the entire cycle from cleaning to cooling and delivering a throughput of up to 24 bins per hour.

We recently welcomed a customer from Brazil to our Cusano production site for the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of an AV Series GMP sterilizer.
The test was completed successfully and the customer expressed great satisfaction with both the equipment and the overall experience.
