PARA QUE ES TAN BUENO EL VINAGRE DE MANZANAS ORGANICO QUE VENDEMOS?
Controla los niveles de azúcar e insulina en la sangre
Este es uno de los efectos más conocidos y más documentados. En 2004, la revista Diabetes Care, publicó que personas resistentes a la insulina o con diabetes tipo 2 vieron una mejoría al tomar una dosis de vinagre de manzana antes de cada comida. En 2006, un artículo de Medscape General Medicine declaró que el vinagre parece reducir el índice glucémico de algunos alimentos consumidos al mismo tiempo. Cuando se toma con una comida, el vinagre tiene un efecto antiglicémico. Además, contrarresta las subidas de azúcar en la sangre y puede incluso bajar los niveles de glucosa. En otro estudio publicado en 2007 por la revista Diabetes Care, se encontró que tomar dos cucharadas de vinagre de manzana antes de acostarse reduce los niveles de glucosa en la sangre la mañana siguiente en un 4% y hasta un 6%.
Ayuda a bajar de peso
No se trata de que, mágicamente, el vinagre elimine grasas. Lo que sí se presentó en una revista científica europea fue que comer un poco de pan mojado en vinagre antes de la comida ayuda a aumentar la sensación de saciedad y por lo tanto, ayuda a comer menos. Si, como la mayoría de los humanos, la idea de pan con vinagre no te resulta muy atractiva, se puede tomar un vaso de agua con vinagre antes de cada comida, para provocar un efecto similar.
Alivia el dolor de garganta
Su efecto antiséptico y analgésico permite que, al mezclar un poco de vinagre de manzana y agua, ayude a disminuir las molestias del dolor de garganta. Posteriormente es necesario cepillarse rigurosamente los dientes, luego de unos 30 minutos de aplicada esta solución. Esto, pues el esmalte de los mismos podría dañarse con el ácido del vinagre.

Here are some of my top pre-bedtime choices:

1. White Meat Animal Protein (not red meat or fish) - White meat protein sources such as chicken and turkey are great pre-bed meal choices because they digest slowly and have a very low insulin release. These sources also promote the release of another hormone, glucagon, that assists the body with breaking down stored carbs and fat within your body to be burned for energy...a double win! Red meat and fish have a significantly higher insulin response so they're best to avoid in the evening.

2. Cottage Cheese - Cottage cheese is very slow digesting and coats the stomach to be assimilated by the body over many hours. As a protein, it also stimulates glucagon release; Just make sure you're using plain organic cottage cheese, not the flavored varieties with added sugars.

3. Green Vegetables - While these aren't considered a protein, they contain virtually no calories, are high in fiber, and they're very filling. Often times when I get a late night craving I eat a big bowl of green veggies and it completely kills my craving...a diet savior!

4. A Slow-digesting, Low-carb Protein Shake - I use a slow-digesting protein shake before bed literally every day. It's become somewhat of a ritual and great, tasty way to end my day. The vast majority of my clients have grown to love the habit as well...who doesn't love dessert before bed? :) I normally blend the shake with almond butter to get some healthy fats in there

ear friends, we certainly know for decades, that grains and other high carbohydrate foods formed the base of the food pyramid and the foundation for a “healthy diet”. All the while, fats were demonized.
Unfortunately, these recommendations couldn’t be further from the ideal path to a healthy life. A diet high in wheat and other grain products inevitably leads to high blood sugar and poor sensitivity to the hormone insulin. In turn, poor insulin sensitivity has been shown to be a major cause of fat accumulation. Even worse, the more fat you gain, the worse your insulin sensitivity becomes and thus the vicious cycle repeats.
Fats, on the other hand, are instrumental in the regulation of your overall hormonal balance, including many fat-burning hormones. When you understand how to CHOOSE THE RIGHT FATS, replacing high-carb items in your diet such as bread, muffins, baked goods, and pasta with more of these fat-burning, healthful "fatty foods", you’ll be well on your way to a healthier life.
Here are my favorite 7 fatty foods: Free range Whole Eggs, Nuts (almonds, walnuts and cashews), Seeds (sunflower and flaxseed) Avocado, Olive Oil, Wild caught Fatty Fish (mackerel and trout) and Coconut Oil.

Animals raised using organic methods are treated humanely and with respect. For example, chickens are free range and not kept in cages, and cows are not kept in feed lots. Animals are not fed any growth drugs, steroids, hormones or antibiotics.

Organic farming is also concerned with protecting the environment and working in harmony with existing ecosystems, including conserving water, soil and energy, and using renewable resources and natural farming cycles. Traditional farming methods are often used, such as rotating crops to prevent depleting the soil of nutrients.

Modern farming methods, including excessive use of chemicals, have led to a decline in soil fertility, and an increase in salinity and blue-green algae in waterways over many years. Organic farmers try to minimize damage to the environment by using physical w**d control, and animal and green manure.
