It is based on the philosophy that you have the power to change your mind. By changing your mind & your thoughts while practicing hatha yoga, you are then able to accomplish miracles in your body and in your life. This immersion is designed for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Over ten days, and through a special focus on backbending, each participant creates a deep connection to their

In 2005, Esak became the 1st ever male champion of the Bishnu Charan Ghosh Cup. He received this recognition for his ability to accurately demonstrate the combination of strength, flexibility, balance, poise and grace that are cultivated in hatha yoga. Esak has studied the Afro-Brazilian martial art of Capoeria and Bikram Yoga for over 15 years. He leads yoga demonstrations, seminars and clinics worldwide and lives in Boulder, Colorado.

It all started 20 years ago, it was two weeks of intense practice, deep focus and lots of yoga homework. Over the years it transformed into a global community of yogis!
