My journey through perfectionism part 1😂
I Spent Years Waiting to Be 'Perfect.' It Was Just Fear in a Fancy Outfit.
One morning, I had a tough talk with myself: "You've set endless goals, yet you're still stuck. Why aren't you taking action?"
The sweet voice of procrastination whispered back: "I need everything to be perfect. I want to be a master of my ideas before I even begin."
But that's the lie of Perfectionism. It's the ultimate fear of taking action. I realized that for years, I hadn't moved because I was waiting for a perfect start that would never come.
That reflection led me to the simple, powerful concept of the MIT (Most Important Task) theory.
Here’s the shift: I learned the art of consistency, not flawlessness. It's not about getting it right every time; it's about showing up even when you don't feel like it, breaking down the biggest priority into a single, tiny daily task.
Consistency, even when it doesn't show results instantly, is the key to momentum. Through this journey, I learned to embrace the errors, learn the processes, and gain mastery bit by bit just by showing up.
This personal breakthrough is why I've decided it's time to stop burying my ideas. It's time to share this system and embark on a new chapter: Taking action in the world of Research Education.
Research isn't just fancy; it drives change, innovation, and growth.

New chapters and new beginnings start with one consistent action!
