At Asaba Health Foundation, we want to build awareness and enhance FIRST AID knowledge within communities in Cameroon.

From classroom to classroom, the mission was simple: share knowledge that saves lives.🤍

Through the 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐢𝐝 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫 in Buea, we engaged:
• Summerset Bilingual College - over 300 students
• Biaka University Institute of Buea - BUIB - over 300 medical students
• Lycée Molyko - over 1,000 students who filled the gymnasium
• GHS Bokwango - over 600 students gathered in the event hall
• GBHS Muea - over 500 students in attendance

In total, we reached over 𝟮,𝟳𝟬𝟬 young minds with practical First Aid awareness, equipping them with the confidence to respond to emergencies, support others, and act when every second counts.
And we are just getting started 🤗🙌🏼

This is impact. This is responsibility. This is community development.

A big thank you to Mboa Guesthouse, GRA Buea, for hosting the ASABA Health Foundation team throughout the First Aid Awareness Tour.

On Day 3 of our First Aid Awareness Tour, we visited our Alma Mater, GBHS Muea, a beacon of resilience in a community that has faced significant challenges.

Despite being located in a previously designated red zone, the students and staff have demonstrated remarkable determination and zeal for education. We were honored to engage with the students and share knowledge on first aid, acknowledging the institution’s long-standing commitment to fostering outstanding citizens.

Our visit was particularly poignant as we learned about the difficulties faced by the students, particularly in accessing first aid equipment and emergency resources. We commend the principal and staff of GBHS Muea for their dedication to preparing students for emergencies and applaud the students’ eagerness to learn and make a difference.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the administration, staff, and students of GBHS Muea for their participation and commitment to first aid.
