What's the best menstrual cup for beginners?
Soft to medium firmness
Too firm: can feel uncomfortable and press on your bladder.
Too soft: harder to pop open inside.
Medium firmness is easiest to learn with.

Smaller diameter
If you’re under 35, haven’t given birth vaginally, or have a low cervix, start with a smaller size
Diameter around 40–43 mm is typical for beginner-friendly cups.
