Wondfo está buscando un/a Ingeniero/a experimentado/a en CLIA para unirse a nuestro creciente equipo internacional en Ciudad de Guatemala, Guatemala.

Si tienes 5+ años de experiencia en la industria de Diagnóstico In Vitro (IVD), preferiblemente en Quimioluminiscencia (CLIA), y estás listo/a para apoyar iniciativas de servicio técnico, empoderamiento de distribuidores y mejora de la calidad, ¡queremos conocerte!

Lo que harás:
🔹 Liderar iniciativas regionales de soporte técnico y servicio postventa
🔹 Capacitar y habilitar a nuestros distribuidores locales para su éxito a largo plazo
🔹 Coordinar con nuestra sede central para resolver problemas críticos y mejorar la calidad

Lo que buscamos:
✔ Experiencia con sistemas de química clínica (experiencia en empresas líderes de IVD en CLIA es un plus)
✔ Fluidez en inglés y sólidas habilidades de comunicación intercultural
✔ Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y troubleshooting

Wondfo is looking for an experienced Engineer (CLIA) to join our growing international team in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

If you have 5+ years of experience in the IVD industry (preferably CLIA) and are ready to support technical services, dealer empowerment, and quality improvement initiatives, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead regional technical support and after-sales service initiatives
🔹 Train and enable our local dealers for long-term success
🔹 Liaise with our HQ to resolve critical issues and improve quality

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience with clinical chemistry systems (Background with top CLIA IVD firms is a plus)
✔ Fluency in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
