2 years ago. Almost same day, same venue, same competition
World Athletics Continental Tour - Osaka

Took the same role support China Team 🇨🇳 athlete to maximise the performance through Osteopathy & Functional Neurology.

From athlete could not fire up in the morning, through some key recovery protocols stimulation and broke even with the Japan 🇯🇵 Female 100mH venue record.

This year - 2026. Same competition! Although the results were 10.13 & 10.28sec (Male 100m) and 10.13 is the personal 4th fastest record. But we also solid the recovery protocols and the training strategy for Deng XinRui.

Very enjoy cooperate with this dream team! 🇭🇰🇨🇳

兩年前，差唔多同一日、同一個場地、同一項比賽
世界田徑洲際巡迴賽——大阪站

同樣肩負同一角色，支援中國隊🇨🇳運動員，透過骨病學與功能性神經學提升比賽表現。

當時從運動員早上無法完全啟動狀態，經過一系列關鍵嘅恢復刺激方案後，最終更打破咗日本🇯🇵女子100米跨欄嘅場地紀錄。

今年——2026年，同一個比賽！
雖然男子100米成績為10.13秒及10.28秒，而10.13秒係個人第四快時間，但我哋依然鞏固咗鄧信銳嘅恢復方案同訓練策略。

Clinical work with China Team 🇨🇳after my super early meeting

Very first time bring along with the new INDIBA Compact Light system to work.

From 701 - CT Series to now Compact Series !

In these 12 years. Only Rehabilitation mechanics I fully trusted!

And slowly developed my application in Rehabilitation and Neurological Recovery with this Radio Frequency- 448kHz.

Until now I still remember to first day I met the INDIBA team .asia and told me I am the first rehab system user in Hong Kong 🇭🇰

由701 - CT 系列，再到現在Compact 我系列

這12年嚟都係我唯一信賴嘅治療儀器

再慢慢建立咗自己喺治療及神經復原上面如何發揮射頻-448kHz的獨特應用。

我還記得接觸INDIBA .asia 團隊嘅第一日，還告訴我我係第一個治療系列香港用家🇭🇰

This means really a lot for me!

Congratulations China Team 🇨🇳 Deng Xin Rui
12th Asian Indoor Athletics Championships 60m winner !

This is my honor to be invited by the dream team, to use my specialty (osteopathy + functional neurology) to help him maximise the sports performance, unlocking the potential and injury handling in this half year !

We faced a lot of difficulties but we finally made it!

1 PB, 1 Gold Medal

Next : Asian Game !

非常之榮幸於大約半年前被邀請加入這隊夢之隊，運用我的專長 （骨病學與功能神經學），幫助強化運動表現，突破潛能及傷患處理！

呢半年面對過好多困難，不過最後我們成功了！

1 個個人最佳紀錄，一面金牌

Congratulations to all !

3 NKT classes teaching in a single trip !!!
9 days in Malaysia 🇲🇾 6 days of teaching
Lv.1, Lv.2 & another Lv.1 !!!

Happy to see classes were full of Medical Doctors, Sports Medicine Specialists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, OTs & Trainers from different counties (Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Vietnam, Thailand）travel all the way to Malaysia 🇲🇾 to learn NKT with me.

In Lv.1 classes, I shared the theory and application on how brain and nervous systems affect the human body and motor controls.

How using rule of Neurology and NKT protocols to search the injury / problematic movement’s paired compensation pattern, through NKT specific protocols combining with the practitioner’s own techniques to treat the problems.

Problems keep happen must have their own reason!

Lv.2 was a bit advance!

We discussed with different movement subsystems and joint issue, even diaphragm, breathing patterns, TMJ how they have a big impact with a problem which look like simple 🙂‍↔️!

This is a very good and enjoyable time !

一次行程內教三個NKT課程！
馬來西亞🇲🇾 9天行程中進行了6天教學
包含Lv.1、Lv.2及另一場Lv.1課程！

很開心看到課堂上匯聚了來自不同國家（馬來西亞、印尼、汶萊、越南、泰國）的醫生、運動醫學專家、物理治療師、脊醫、職業治療師及教練，特登飛黎馬來西亞🇲🇾參與我的NKT課程。

在Lv.1課程中，我分享了關於大腦與神經系統如何影響人體及動作控制的理論與應用方法，講解如何運用神經學法則與NKT檢測流程，透過特定NKT程序結合學員自身的專業技術，找出損傷或動作問題的配對代償模式並進行處理。

反覆出現的問題必然存在其根源！

Lv.2課程內容更為深入！
我們探討了不同動作副系統與關節問題，甚至橫膈膜、呼吸模式、顳顎關節如何對看似簡單的問題產生重大影響 🙂‍↔️！

這是一段非常充實愉快的時光！
