RF8050 dental-model verification: what does 96.6641% actually mean?

For this measured dental-model sample, 66,618 of 68,917 points fell within the defined range of −0.15 to +0.15 mm. The reported standard deviation was 0.0636 mm.

These figures should be read together. The percentage shows the share of points inside the selected tolerance. The point count defines the measurement base. Standard deviation describes how widely the deviations were distributed.

This is a sample-level 3D deviation result, not a standalone rating of machine accuracy.

For an RF8050 workflow, the process is clear: define the tolerance, measure the finished sample, review the distribution, then apply the same inspection method as production scales.

Ceraform Gum: layer it, shape it, light-cure it.
