Come join our 1st STORIES evening! The focus: ‘SAD (Seasonal Affected Disorder) & Depression’

A monthly event whereby we gather to listen and share stories based on a specific theme, in particular more unusual or even taboo subjects. To awaken and strengthen the light within, we must first acknowledge, understand and make peace with the darkness within.

Consider this as another way to gently work on our ✨Shadow Selves ✨which are often misunderstood, judged, rejected and hurt. With patience, humility and a consistent effort to work this through, while being supported by our uplifting group energy, the results would be the complete opposite of aforementioned states: wisdom, compassion, acceptance, integration, love and possibly (much) more.

Here is an opportunity to externalize the voices on our minds; relaxing in a safe space to exchange stories, or simply LISTEN, OBSERVE and BE EMPOWERED by like-minded folks without any judgment or expectations.

Also know that what happens at The White Room, stays at The White Room 🕊
