For a long time, I thought being productive meant learning how to be more consistent.
Same energy. Same output. Same expectations of myself every day.
But our bodies don’t work like that.
Feminine embodiment is partly about learning to be in relationship with your body instead of constantly pushing against it 💕
There are times you may naturally feel more outward, confident, social and ready to initiate.
And there are times your body may ask for more space, discernment, completion, nourishment or rest.
Neither version of you is better.
The power comes from leaning into it and knowing how to work with both ✨
That doesn’t mean letting your cycle dictate your life or deciding you “can’t” do something because you’re in a certain phase.
It means noticing your own patterns and letting that information influence the way you plan.
That’s what cycle-aligned planning means to me.
Not doing less.
Not becoming less ambitious.
But becoming more intentional about when you push, when you create, when you connect and when you protect your energy 🤲🏻
Because the more you understand your body, the less you have to force yourself through your life.
And that’s where planning becomes something much bigger than productivity.
It becomes a way of trusting yourself. ✨💛
